Reconnect, rebuild trust and learn to truly communicate again — with a relationship counsellor and couples therapist who has helped thousands of individuals and couples find their way back to each other.
Every relationship goes through hard seasons. Maybe the same argument keeps repeating. Maybe you start feeling more like roommates than partners. Maybe there has been betrayal and you don't know how to rebuild the trust, or you simply miss the closeness you used to share. None of this means your relationship is beyond help. It means it's worth paying attention to.
You might recognise some of these
Relationship counselling, also known as couples therapy, is a confidential, structured space to understand what's really happening between your partner and you, and to learn the tools to change it. It isn't about deciding who's right or wrong. It's about helping both people feel heard, uncovering the patterns beneath the conflict, and rebuilding communication, trust and closeness. You don't have to be married and you don't have to come as a couple — whether you are dating, engaged, married, or working on your own patterns, this space is designed for where you are now.
This is an inclusive, judgement-free space — you are welcome exactly as you are.
Turning conflict into conversation that actually lands.
Breaking the cycle instead of repeating it.
Healing after infidelity, secrecy or betrayal.
Reconnecting and feeling close again.
Managing outside stress on the relationship.
Getting on the same team.
Relocation, career change, loss, having a baby.
Clarity and support, whatever you decide.
Your partner and you attend together and we work on the relationship as a shared space.
You come on your own to understand your patterns, set boundaries or work through how a relationship is affecting you.
Both are recommended, and you can move between them. If your partner isn't ready yet, starting solo is completely valid, and change in one partner often shifts the whole dynamic.
Both partners feel respected and genuinely heard, in a warm, objective, judgement-free space.
My approach is warm, practical and experiential. I don't take sides, give advice or lecture. I hold a safe, objective space where both partners feel respected and genuinely heard, allowing patterns beneath the conflict to surface and build the skills needed to live differently. Where it helps, I draw on a wider toolkit, from breathwork to hypnotherapy, always grounded in respect, active listening, honesty and complete confidentiality.
Tell me a little about what's been happening. No pressure, no judgement.
Together we map the cycle you keep getting stuck in and what drives it.
You learn practical ways to communicate, repair and reconnect.
Small, doable steps to try at home so the change is consistent.
Everything you share stays confidential.
Looking for couples therapy near you? I see couples and individuals in person at Khar (West), Mumbai, and offer confidential online sessions across India for partners who live apart, travel often, or simply prefer to meet from home. Online sessions are just as effective, and often easier to fit into busy schedules.
