One-on-one support for stress, anxiety, grief, self-worth and the transitions that quietly change everything - with a counselling psychologist who listens properly.
You get through the day. You show up at work, you answer the messages, you keep everyone else steady. And somewhere underneath it, something has been running low for a long time - and there is nobody you can say that to without it becoming a whole thing. That is what this hour is for: one space that belongs entirely to you, where you do not have to be the strong one, the reasonable one, or the person everyone else needs you to be.

Individual counselling is one-on-one, confidential work between you and me - a structured space to understand what you are feeling, why it keeps happening, and what you would like to be different. It is not advice, and it is not a stranger telling you to be positive. It is a place to be honest without managing anyone else's reaction, and to build genuinely usable tools from there.
You do not need a diagnosis to come. You do not need to be in crisis. Nothing is technically wrong and I still feel like this is a completely legitimate reason to book a session.
If you are searching for a counsellor or therapist near you and do not know where to start - start here. We will work out the right fit together.
Focused, one-on-one support for what is heavy, confusing, repetitive or ready to change.
Understanding the trigger, not just managing the symptom.
Rebuilding capacity rather than pushing through.
Space to actually feel it, at your pace.
Changing the voice you use on yourself.
Saying no without the guilt hangover.
Why the same dynamic keeps finding you.
When the question is what now, rather than what is wrong.

Counselling looks at what is hurting and where it comes from. Coaching looks at where you want to go and how to get there.

My practice sits across the two, so we do not have to force your life into one category.
If what you are carrying is heavier, we start with counselling. If you are steady and want to build, Life & Wellness Coaching may be the better next step.
My approach is warm, practical and experiential. I do not lecture and I do not hand out advice. I hold a space where growth happens as a process rather than a prescription - drawing on a holistic toolkit of talk therapy, clinical hypnotherapy, breathwork, expressive arts and meditation, chosen for what genuinely helps you, not what fits a model. My work blends ancient wisdom with modern psychology, and every session is grounded in respect, active listening, honesty, encouragement, respectful humour and complete confidentiality.
Say as much or as little as you like. There is no script and no judgement.
We look at the pattern, not just the symptom.
Practical, personal, and suited to your actual life.
Small steps between sessions; we review progress together.
You set the pace. Everything you share stays confidential.
