For the marriages that are hurting, drifting or simply changing - a warm, balanced space to understand each other again and decide, together, what happens next.
Most marriages don't break down in one dramatic moment. They wear thin quietly - in the argument that never gets resolved, the conversation that gets shorter every year, the silence that settles in after the children are asleep. By the time couples reach out to me, one or both of them have usually been carrying it alone for a long time. If that's where you are, this is far more common than you think, and far more workable than it feels right now.

Marriage counselling is a confidential, structured space where a married couple can slow down and actually be heard - by each other, and by someone who has no stake in who wins. It isn't arbitration and it isn't advice. My role is to help you see the pattern you are both stuck inside, understand what is driving it underneath the surface, and give you practical, usable tools to relate differently.
Marriage counselling is not only for marriages in crisis. Some of the couples I work with are in real distress. Others are simply in transition - a new city, a new baby, a career shift, a loss - and want to move through it without losing each other. Both are good reasons to be here.
This is an inclusive, judgement-free space. You are welcome exactly as you are.
Focused areas we can work through together in a structured, respectful way.
Turning the same conflict into a conversation that finally lands.
A realistic, paced path back after infidelity or betrayal.
Finding the real trigger under the surface argument.
Emotional and physical closeness, without pressure.
Protecting the marriage from outside strain.
Clarity about whether to rebuild, and how, or to part respectfully.
The practical stresses that quietly become emotional ones.

Ideally, both partners attend together so the shared pattern can be seen clearly and worked with safely.

Many marriages begin with one partner sitting alone, unsure whether the other will join. That is a completely valid way to begin.
We may use joint sessions for shared work and individual sessions where needed. Nothing is carried secretly from an individual session into a joint one.
My approach is warm, practical and experiential. I don't take sides, hand out verdicts or lecture. I hold a steady, objective space where both of you feel genuinely respected - because a marriage only changes when both people feel safe enough to be honest in the room. From there we surface the patterns beneath the conflict and build the skills to live differently. Where it genuinely helps, I draw on breathwork, hypnotherapy and expressive work, always grounded in respect, active listening, honesty and complete confidentiality.
Tell me a little about what's been happening. No pressure, no judgement, no commitment.
Together we map the cycle you keep landing in and what really drives it.
You learn practical ways to speak, listen, repair and reconnect.
Small, doable steps at home, so the change holds outside the room.
We set goals early and review them together, so you always know what we're working towards. Everything you share stays confidential.
Searching for marriage counselling near you? I see couples in person at OutAloud Wellness, 5th Road, Khar (West), Mumbai. I also offer confidential online marriage counselling across India and to Indian couples living overseas - which matters more than people expect, because so many marriages are stretched across cities, shifts and time zones. Online sessions carry the same structure and the same care, and are often the only way both partners can realistically be in the same conversation at the same time.
