When connection starts to feel like conflict

Every relationship goes through hard seasons. Maybe the same argument keeps repeating. Maybe you start feeling more like roommates than partners. Maybe there has been betrayal and you don't know how to rebuild the trust, or you simply miss the closeness you used to share. None of this means your relationship is beyond help. It means it's worth paying attention to.

The same disagreements come up again and again and never really resolve
Conversations turn into criticism, silence or walking on eggshells
Trust has been shaken by infidelity, secrecy or broken promises
Emotional or physical intimacy has faded
You feel more like flatmates or co-parents than partners
One of you is ready to work on things and the other is unsure
You are quietly wondering whether to stay or separate

What is relationship counselling?

Relationship counselling, also known as couples therapy, is a confidential, structured space to understand what's really happening between your partner and you, and to learn the tools to change it. It isn't about deciding who's right or wrong. It's about helping both people feel heard, uncovering the patterns beneath the conflict, and rebuilding communication, trust and closeness. You don't have to be married and you don't have to come as a couple — whether you are dating, engaged, married, or working on your own patterns, this space is designed for where you are now.

Who is relationship counselling for?

Couples dating, engaged, married or long-term
Partners recovering from a breach of trust
Couples who keep having the same fight
Individuals wanting to change relationship patterns
Partners deciding between reconciliation and separation
Anyone wanting a stronger, more honest relationship

This is an inclusive, judgement-free space — you are welcome exactly as you are.

Couples therapy or individual sessions?

Couples Therapy

Your partner and you attend together and we work on the relationship as a shared space.

Individual Relationship Counselling

You come on your own to understand your patterns, set boundaries or work through how a relationship is affecting you.

Both are recommended, and you can move between them. If your partner isn't ready yet, starting solo is completely valid, and change in one partner often shifts the whole dynamic.

I don't take sides

Both partners feel respected and genuinely heard, in a warm, objective, judgement-free space.

How I work

My approach is warm, practical and experiential. I don't take sides, give advice or lecture. I hold a safe, objective space where both partners feel respected and genuinely heard, allowing patterns beneath the conflict to surface and build the skills needed to live differently. Where it helps, I draw on a wider toolkit, from breathwork to hypnotherapy, always grounded in respect, active listening, honesty and complete confidentiality.
