You're managing. That isn't the same as being okay.

You get through the day. You show up at work, you answer the messages, you keep everyone else steady. And somewhere underneath it, something has been running low for a long time - and there is nobody you can say that to without it becoming a whole thing. That is what this hour is for: one space that belongs entirely to you, where you do not have to be the strong one, the reasonable one, or the person everyone else needs you to be.

Constant stress or a mind that will not switch off
Anxiety, low mood or emotional exhaustion
Grief, loss or a life transition
Self-worth, burnout or old family patterns

What you are carrying mattersYou do not need a diagnosis, a crisis or the perfect words to begin.

People come carrying things like

Constant stress, restlessness, or a mind that will not switch off at night
Anxiety - the specific kind, or the kind with no name attached
Low mood, flatness, or a persistent sense that something is off
Grief and loss - of a person, a relationship, a health, or a version of your life
Harsh self-talk, low self-worth, or feeling like a fraud in your own achievements
Burnout, and the guilt of feeling burnt out by a life that looks good on paper
Something old from childhood or family that keeps shaping the present
What individual counselling means
Not a blame roomA guided space to understand patterns, rebuild safety and practise new ways of relating.

What is individual counselling?

Individual counselling is one-on-one, confidential work between you and me - a structured space to understand what you are feeling, why it keeps happening, and what you would like to be different. It is not advice, and it is not a stranger telling you to be positive. It is a place to be honest without managing anyone else's reaction, and to build genuinely usable tools from there.

You do not need a diagnosis to come. You do not need to be in crisis. Nothing is technically wrong and I still feel like this is a completely legitimate reason to book a session.

People in the middle of a life transition - career, city, relationship, identity, health

People who want to understand their own patterns rather than keep repeating them
Anyone working on self-worth, boundaries or confidence

Counselling

Counselling looks at what is hurting and where it comes from. Coaching looks at where you want to go and how to get there.

Coaching Lens

My practice sits across the two, so we do not have to force your life into one category.

If what you are carrying is heavier, we start with counselling. If you are steady and want to build, Life & Wellness Coaching may be the better next step.

How I work

My approach is warm, practical and experiential. I do not lecture and I do not hand out advice. I hold a space where growth happens as a process rather than a prescription - drawing on a holistic toolkit of talk therapy, clinical hypnotherapy, breathwork, expressive arts and meditation, chosen for what genuinely helps you, not what fits a model. My work blends ancient wisdom with modern psychology, and every session is grounded in respect, active listening, honesty, encouragement, respectful humour and complete confidentiality.

Individual counselling FAQs

No. If it is affecting you, it is reason enough. A great deal of my work is with people whose lives look entirely fine from the outside.
Mostly, you talk and I listen. We will get a sense of what has been going on, what you would like to be different, and whether we are a good fit. There is nothing to prepare.
It depends on what you are working through. Some people come for a focused few weeks; others stay longer for deeper work. We set goals early and review them, so it never drifts.
For most people, yes. What matters is consistency and a private space for the hour. Many clients find online makes it far easier to keep showing up.
Yes. Confidentiality is a core principle of my practice, within professional and legal limits.
No. I am a Counselling Psychotherapist, not a psychiatrist. If medication seems worth exploring, I will say so honestly and help you find the right psychiatrist to speak to - and we can continue counselling alongside.
Fees vary by session type and are shared on enquiry. Sessions are available in English, Hindi and Gujarati.
